Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged nor refunded.
No Returns On Our Products.
Exchanges On Our Products (Will be at the Discretion of Fonbae Decor): As a lot of our items are custom made and quality packed.
Buyer can contact seller about any issues with an order. We do not offer returns. If you are requesting an exchange of your item, it will under the following conditions:
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace certain items if approved by us; if they are deemed defective or damaged and it can only be exchanged for the same purchased or similar item (if productive/quantity available). Send us an email at fonbaedecor@gmail.com with a photo of the defective product item(s) and wait for a confirmation email from us for an exchange approval and on further directions on where to send the defective and/or damaged item(s) back to us.
If approved by us, only certain regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged nor refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanges of your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your exchange item(s).
